Billie was born February 20, 1925 in Merkel to Homer and Edna O'Neal Finch.
She was a longtime resident of Jacksboro. Billie was an avid sports fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the Texas Rangers. She dearly loved her grandchildren. Billie was also a great cook. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edgar; and a sister.
Survivors: son, Jimmy Bradley and wife, Regena of Big Spring; daughter, Barbara Denny and husband, Bill of Boyd; sisters, Shortie Cunningham of Abilene and Merle Van Matie of Breckenidge; grandchildren, Joe Denny, Rhonda Woodruff, Clareissa Rhoades and Clinton Bradley; and 4 great-grandchildren.
